All articles are free to read and download from the day of publication. Readers do not need to register.

Authors keep the copyright. Articles are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0): any use is allowed with attribution.

Authors who used AI tools for writing, translation or analysis disclose it in the method or acknowledgements section. AI is never listed as an author.

The editors check each paper for fit with the guidelines, structure and academic style and within 24 hours accept it, return it for revision or reject it. Authors are responsible for the content.

Articles are kept as PDFs; metadata is open through OAI-PMH and tagged for Google Scholar.
